MOBILE LEARNING

DEFINITION OF MOBILE LEARNING
O’Malley et al. 2003), define mobile learning is  “learning that happens when the learner takes advantages of learning opportunities offered by mobile technologies”.
According to Brown (2005), “Mobile learning commonly reffered to as, Mlearning, is a form of e-learning that specifically employs wireless communications devices to deliver content and learning support”.

Refered by Quinn (2000)  “mlearning is the intersection of mobile computing and e-learning. It includes anytime, anywhere resources; strong search capabilities; rich interaction; powerful suppport for effective learning; and performance-based assessment.

(Keegan, 2002) said that mobile learning is “the provison of education and training on mobile devices: Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), palmtops and handhelds and on smartphone and mobile phones.
